SUPPORT : PASSWORDS

1. I lost or want to change my password.
   - If you've lost your password, then Sine Wave can make a new password for you. It is currently not possible to find out what your password was, as it is encrypted for your protection. To change your password, please email us with the following:
   
   1. your name
   2. your username (EG: Bill Smith's username is "bsmith")
   3. which password to change (IE Email, FTP, dial-up, etc.)
   4. your telephone number
      
      
2. I would like to password-protect my web page.
   - Please see our password page for instructions on how to do this.
   
   
3. My password doesn't work.
   - This is usually caused by a misspelling of the password or the 'CAPS-LOCK' key is on. It's important to realize that usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. For example, "bsmith" is not the same as "BSmitH" is also very different from "BSMITH."
